Although Malaysia is a tropical country having hot and humid weather we can enjoy the temperate cool climate in several hillside towns which were opened by the British Colonial Government before. One of the most popular hillside towns is Cameron Highlands. Besides being a town on the plateau on the hill, its agricultural industry is also flourishing especially vegetable plantation and tea plantation.

At a different angle

The BOH Tea Centre at 1800m (5903ft) above sea level

The only place in Malaysia where strawberries are planted commercially and sold everywhere in Cameron Highlands

Various fruits and vegetables are sold fresh from their farms

Strawberries on sale

STrawberries and souvenirs

A little personal - my 4 kids and wife at the hotel we were staying. Me? Of course not included because I was at the other side of the camera hahaha
If you happen to come to Malaysia, dont forget to go to Cameron Highlands. It is about 3.5 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur.
