Using a D800, MB-D12, Nikon 70-200mm f2.8, SB 900 plus their batteries, the entire rig weighs around 7lbs. A little bit less with the Nikon 24-70mm f2.8. No matter how you place it around your body, these combos will tire something either your neck or shoulders. </p><p></p><p>My $8 solution from an autoparts store.
