Message: <blockquote data-quote="snaphappy" data-source="post: 260975" data-attributes="member: 12198">Yes there was a TV show I didn't watch it so not sure if was based in BC or not.  Actually the brown fuzzy boy is the one I worry about most since he's about 21yrs old now and they have a life expectancy of 15yrs.  I brought coats out this morning and horses turned backs on me and headed to the back of the field.  They have frost on outer coat but if you feel them they are warm warm warm to touch.  They have shelters and 24hr access to as much hay as they want (which is why they have a healthy layer of blubber hahaha) and I also feed grain and alfalfa.  Smokey my grey gelding dropped his manly parts to air them out this morning and I was afraid he wouldn't get it back in again LOL  That photo will have hubby groaning at me hahaha</blockquote>
