[QUOTE="snaphappy, post: 133106, member: 12198"] Ok will go back to using my Aperture 2 to resize and upload to gallery. Tracsoft I wasn't in shorts but I was in a t-shirt :) They wore rubber boots or those horrid plastic croc shoes out to the trampoline but left their shoes on the snowdrift. It's getting mucky so shoes would have made a big mess to jump on Tonight the sky was just so clear and full of stars I had to pull out my tripod when I got home from my photography class. I learned a bit about composition tonight but had a boring project in class trying to capture a table full of objects (read junk). Not at all interesting to me and with 18 people crowding in to take "original angle" photos at the same time of a cluttered table of "stuff" Ugh! I'm very quiet and vertically challenged so was frustrating and boring subject for me. I understand what she was trying to get us to do but 18 very different objects (size colours, shapes etc) on a 2x3ft table in the corner of a room with 18 people and cameras was chaotic and only the pushy annoying people got any shots. Snaphappy me took only 4 pics and I really want to delete all of them so very uninteresting to me Ah well, the sky was so clear and the thrill of waiting for that long exposure to flash up on my screen gave me 5 pics that I enjoyed snapping to end my day :) No composition here just so many bright pretty lights up in the sky and the thrill of waiting for the results on a quiet peaceful night :) I don't know where the moon was but it must be very low because the sky was clear all around but moon was a no show. I sharpened and tried lightening it to show more stars (amazing what I can pull out by lightening the pic) but I darkened it a bit instead because this looks like what I see when I look up.
