Would not focus properly and after thinking it was me for 2 months and then figuring out it was the camera after all I carried it back. Past their 30 in house replacement so they sent it off for repair. Came back worse than before. Different problems this time. Took photos with it and carried it back to BestBuy. They took one look and went to the shelf and picked up a new one and handed it to me. Said I should not have to deal with this anymore.  I think the local store's management has a lot to do with how customers get treated. I have returned a number of things there and have always been treated better than I though I would.</blockquote>
