Blue Wall in Old Town

I was out taking pictures on the morning hoping to get some nice sunrise pictures. Well it turned out to be rainy and overcast the whole morning. As I was walking down the boardwalk I saw this light and it just stood out on the blue wall. I took several pictures of it from different angles (amazing what the camera sees).

Any suggestions on how it might be improved (I have both original and PS) copies but posting PS corrected.

I would crop the gutter out, it doesn't really add anything.
