I bought this one earlier today!!

They sold out yesterday so I thought it was gone forever, but it came back so I made the decision to get it before it disappeared again. I can't wait til it arrives!!! :D

That was quite a bargain. Glad you went for it. It's a superb camera and lens combination. Years of pure delight using it. :)

I bought the same combo, Marcel on Black Friday here in the US.
But, having read so many reviews, moving from D5100 to D7000 felt like a lateral move not an upgrade so I'm going to return mine and upgrade to D7100 :)
You must have purchased it for a back up unit? I hear that's what a lot of pros do and many chatters here recommended that I snag the D7100. Will be ordering one soon!

Good decision. Superior autofocus, crop factor, and video capability are all worth the change in decision.

After playing with my black Friday refurbished D7000 for a few weeks I have discovered that it has an auto-focus problem. After printing some calibration charts it is consistently back focusing. It was really noticeable when I just got my new Tonika 11-16 lens. I've started the return processes but I've already sold my D3100 and need to make a decision. Either I try another D7000, Andorama appears to be sold out, or spend another $300 on a D7100. I now have a nice collection of lenses. 35mm, 50mm primes, Tonika 11-16, and 18-200 Nikon. I have not written off the D7000, probably just got a bad one this time, as most people seem to love this camera.
