I would watch my boss and decide what I liked and did not like about him and then when I took over his job I remembered both aspects. In my work history I had the privilege of getting to fire my boss and his entire staff once. His boss called me and told me to get in my car and drive to Pensacola and clean house. Needless to say they were quite surprised to see me coming. There are several photographers here that I watch very carefully and try to figure out how they did something. I do try first on my own and that is how I learn the best. Only when I can't get it do I ask.</blockquote>
