Sorry to hear this. I've only had exemplary customer service from B&H. Have you asked to speak with a manager to see if they can offer anything else? When I bought my first D600, it had the dreaded spots within 30 days. Since it came with freebies such as an extra battery, a case, and other items, I simply exchanged the camera body for another. B&H allowed me to hold onto those freebies then once they received my return, they shipped me a new body. Unfortunately they itemized the receipt and now included prices for the freebies so the camera body was listed as $1888.00 rather than $1999.99. When the second D600 wound up being repaired 3x by Nikon, Nikon decided to refund me my cost. All I had was a receipt showing $1888.00. And that's all Nikon included in the refund check. When ordering my replacement D610, I said something to a B&H manager although I wasn't complaining. I just wanted to be sure the receipt for the D610 was listed as $1999.99. When I explained how B&H's receipt made me lose over $100, the manager offered to apply the difference as credit towards the D610 providing I emailed a copy of Niikon's paperwork showing how much was refunded. He certainly didn't have to offer any credit, and like I said, I wasn't even complaining. B&H stepped up and fixed their mistake. I've never experienced a problem with them.
