I went through their web site to contact them. It's an online form that didn't allow any attachments. I finally heard back from someone. First I will post what I initially wrote, then I will follow up with his response...and then my response to what he said. My initial contact through their website said: Sent: 2/11/2018 2:42 PM Subject: B&H Rewards Customer's Name: Cindy Johnson ---------------------------------------------- A little while ago, I received an email from B&H telling me the following: "Congratulations! You have earned B&H Rewards points in the amount of $528, which has been issued to you as an E-Rewards Card." I was stoked and my mind raced through all the things I'd like to have! Then I scrolled the rest of the way through the message. I wish I could include a screenshot. The rewards card is for $5.28. Really? As much as I love B&H, I hope you understand I am going to have a little fun with this. Considering the thousands I've spent over the past few years, I sure thought the amount would have been a little higher. Lol. :-) Regards, Cindy E Johnson So this is the response I received from one of their employees: Hello Cindy, my name is Paul: Thank you for contacting the Customer Service Department at B&H Photo Video and Pro Audio.
