Hello Everyone,
I was using my Nikkor 80-200 AF-S on my D800 this afternoon and experienced a problem with the auto-focus. The focus would get close than the go back and forth very quickly in short cycles. It the focus on the body was set to AF-S and auto. I experienced the same problem with the camera set to AF-S and single point.
Do I have something set wrong in the camera or do I have a problem with the lens? Other lenses with shorter focal lengths work fine.
