Auto BKT burst with exposure delay mode by pressing shutter only once-is it really impossible on D7200 ?

As I mentioned in my introduction, I am new Nikon user, got my D7200 several days ago, so I have plenty to learn.
I am trying (and struggling) to set my D7200 to take auto bracketing burst photos (probably 5 but minimum 3 photos with intention to merge them on post), RAW+Jpeg, by pressing shutter once. Always or almost always I will use tripod. After setting everything needed I want to touch my camera just once and after 2-3 seconds exposure delay (to avoid mirror and camera vibrations) I want my auto BKT burst session done "automatically", without touching camera until burst is completed. I do not want to keep pressing shutter button... :-(
I spent lot of time trying to make this work, to no success so far. Am I missing something ? Or is this impossible with D7200 ?
In worst case, I can try to use wireless remote and press remote several times to take several photos but this is far from optimal-takes too long and sure I want to minimize any subject movement and mirror/camera vibration.
Thanks in advance

These instructions are from the 7200 manual, tested on 7100.

In self-timer mode, the camera will take the number of shots
selected in Step 2 on page 207 each time the shutter-release button is
pressed.
Choose the number of shots. Pressing the BKT button, rotate the main command dial to
choose the number of shots in the bracketing sequence.

If you down load the manual pages 207 to 210 cover ADL bracketing.

Thank you Needa.

I tried and this is what I noticed:
- Auto BKT burst works only in self-timer mode. (In Cl or Ch modes it does not work-my D7200 will shoot one photo only-first photo as per BKT setting). To me, this is silly.
- I do not have to use ADL bracketing. Auto BKT burst works with any BKT setting I want (thankfully).
- Remote does not trigger BKT burst, camera will take only one photo (first photo as per BKT setting), same as using shutter button.

Glad you were able to solve it.
