DDP, formerly Discount Digital Photographics, now 'rebadged' to Discount Digital Pty ltd
is not honouring any outstanding orders placed before 29 October.
In my case, I have a D610 on lease order following a return of a fault D600 under warranty.
The address, webpage and staff are the same as before but they refuse to discuss earlier orders.
After several attempte to discuss this over the phone I received this email:
Discount Digital Photographics is under new management.
If you placed an order before 29th October 2013 and your order number is below 50,000 your order was placed with DDP Australia Pty Ltd.
They can be contacted using the following details:

Well this all seems fine except that the phone number provided does not accept messages, and the proprietor Glenn Kerrigan apparently is no longer in the country.
Enquiries are continuing
Meanwhile if you have an outstanding order with this dealer, my suggestion is to ring the the 'new' company anyway. If you ignore the prompts to be directed according to your order number and take the 'new orders' option, you might get a human being.
