Hello all,
----------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------
EXIF:
Camera Body: D5100
Lens: AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR Lens
ISO: 100
Aperture: f3.5
Focal Length: 18mm
Exposure time: 15 seconds
Edited in Light Room 4 64bit
Location: Bolton Field Columbus Ohio
----------------------------------------------------------------
I shook things up the other night and tried to take a picture including buildings, lights, and the stars. Over all I failed to incorporate the stars as much as I wanted, but the building and lights were more of a success. Perhaps doing an HDR shot will allow me to lay a picture were the stars stand out better on top of the building shot. How ever I was quite excited that I caught a some of the northern lights. The northern lights are directly above and to the RIGHT of the con tower. The green light above and to the LEFT of the con tower is a reflection off condensation from the beacon light.
Never the less, enjoy and critique!
