Message: <blockquote data-quote="Browncoat" data-source="post: 34117" data-attributes="member: 1061">Gagosian wasn't the one wielding the paintbrush.  What bothers me the most is that many of the photos that Dylan copied were by some very good photographers; Henri Cartier-Bresson for example.  His work is outstanding, as he is considered to be the father of modern street photography.  Despite his popularity, he is hardly known outside of photography circles.  Had he been cited as the source of Dylan's paintings, Cartier-Bresson would've been exposed to a lot more people.  It should be his photos hanging in that gallery...not Dylan's forged paintings.</blockquote>
