Not a bad shot at all. I love sunsets! It is a bit busy, but there's times when that actually works. I agree with Blacktop about getting the kid's perspective. I always like to move around and get multiple angles from sides, lower to the ground looking up, and if possible, from a tall spot looking down. That way I don't take 100 shots of the exact same view from one location. Here's a little HDR processing I did and cropping with varying amounts of exposure... I just wanted to see for myself if less or more light might make a difference too.
