Anyone using the new sigma 17-70 2.8-4 ???

Hi guys just about to pick up this lens has anyone got any experience with it ??? I'm buying it as a replacement for the 18-55 kit many thanks also I'm using it on a d5100

Welcome. I don't have personal experience with this lens but I have read about it and do believe it would be a step up from the kit lens. What sort of stuff are you planning on shooting most?

I bought it a few months ago. I love it so far and haven't had any issues with it. The macro feature is nice too.
