I use a 32GB class 10 Toshiba Flash Air card in my D3200. Works well if there is a strong internet connection for social media uploads. Seems to connect and transfer better if camera is in Live View.

Funny you should ask, and on this day, of all days... :)

I've been using Eye-Fi cards for years. For at least the last 3-4 years they have been an AWESOME, easy to use tool for getting my images online. The card automatically uploads images to a computer after you shoot. No other intervention is required on your part. Even better, the Eye-FI Center program used to automatically upload those images to any of several hosting sites like Picassa or Smugmug.

Until today.

About a month ago, out of the blue, Eye-Fi sent out an email stating that on September 9th they would discontinue all support for uploading to these sites through the Eye-FI Center program. They were only going to support their newer cards from today forward. I wrote them and asked why, and their response was that they didn't want to support all the API's they had been. So they discontinued all support for their older cards.

Thanks, Eye-Fi. Nothing like giving your customers the shaft.

I also have a newer Toshiba Air card, as a consequence. It works fine but isn't as convenient as Eye-Fi's system was.

I picked up the EyeFi 16gb card a few days ago and have been testing it out. The part that is not so great about the transfer is that it just transfers all photos without the choice of which images are transferred over. I like it as there are certain images that I do end up wanting to share immediately, but hate the idea of going home and doing PP then uploading. I can instantly transfer, into my ipad or phone adjust in photoshop(mobile) and share.

The downside that I am seeing is that with an all metal body the wireless range becomes limited down to just a few feet (more like inches for faster transfer speeds). While this may not be so bad with other bodies that do not have full metal chasis (ie. 3XXX/5XXX, 7XXX etc) they probably perform much better.
