Anyone use PhotoDirector6?

Hi Folks,

Has anyone here got any experience of using PhotoDirector software? And if so how does it compare to Adobe Lightroom in terms of features and usability?
I have a limited version PhotoDirector3 which came installed on my laptop. I've just recently started using it and it certainly is better than what I had before, but I'm just scratching the surface and don't know how it compares with other programmes.

The main reason I ask is because I can currently upgrade for £34.99 (rrp=£129.94). Lightroom would set me back in the region of £98 which is more than I could pay right now and I don't want to pay monthly.

I know that good editing can make all the difference to your images and that's why I want to get one decent programme and learn how to use it well.

I have and use PhotoDirector 5 and really like it. I find it comparable to LR. The layout of 6 is just like 5. Except there are more features.

Thanks, that's good to know. Think I'll go for this full version as at the moment I can only do the basics like adjusting levels. I'm starting from scratch so its not like I'll have as much learning to do whatever programme I go with.
