The culprit was the govt computer that I was using and it was saving the file as png. (Blame it on the restrictions with softwares).Anyway, the exif data that we are looking for (shutter count) are not included in the exif file by using Adobe CS6. They are normally included in the Aux file number which is the shutter count. I believe that this is not being attached and should be configured on your user settings including the comments for the exif file.</blockquote>
