I've never been aware of any support for the WU-1A and instant printing, but it seems to me that it would be possible for such to exist. It would be entirely on the manufacturer of a printer to include support for the WU-1A and for retrieving pictures over it and printing them. A quick bit of Googling seems to show that the printers in question are oriented toward printing from smart phones, and not from real cameras. It does seem likely to me that you could transfer the pictures from your camera to your smart phone using the WU-1A, and then print them from there to the printer. To make it possible to do it more directly would be entirely up to Fuji.
