Anybody ever use that "L" lock for the big multi-button ?

I use it all the time. My nose used to hit the multi selector every time I would look in the view finder. Now I have it locked and I don't have to get my nose chopped off!

Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6 VR (Blacktop edition with iFocus) ??? WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR LENS? YOU MUST HAVE A LARGE NOSE I FOCUS WITH MY LEFT EYE AND DO NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM OR I GOT A SMALLER NOSE. -------- LOCK OR NOT LOCK ---- MOST OF THE TIME I AM UNLOCKED.

I use left eye also, but I do keep it locked. Not sure if it is my nose or big thumb or what, but I do move focus points unintentionally at times. The locking capability is one feature that I was happy to gain on the D7100 over the D5300.
