I hand hold and most of the time you are just getting trails so there is little blur from movement. Some of them last too long and so you can get a little movement from those. Most of the time the super white flashes tend to wash out too much. I hit the shutter about a second after I hear the noise of the canon firing the shell. Many old tricks from my 35 mm days. Of course about 50% end up in the recycle bin.</p></blockquote><p></p>
