Carguy - If only Nikon batteries where $50 - here in Canada a EN-EL15 at Bestbuy.CA is $99.00 (+ shipping and taxes). The Aftermarket Wasabi at Amazon.CA is $46. Tried to buy cheaper Nikon from USA sites - apparently they are not allowed to sell it to me, and shipping is prohibitive anyway. But next time I'm in the US of A I hope to pick up one. Given I like to have a couple of these this adds up. And my experience with Wasabi has been good. I would avoid the really cheap imitation Nikon's from ebay which can be had for $10 or there abouts. I did buy a counterfeit Nikon that I won't use. There are posts about how to identify counterfeits. But Wasabi is up front that it is a 3rd party and is not counterfeit.
