Adding Lens Profiles to Light Room

My version of LR is version 3.6. I cannot upgrade due to system requirements.

I do not have a lens profile for my 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 "D" lens. How can I get this profile added?

I know you can create your own but I have no idea how I would do that.
