[QUOTE="grandpaw, post: 603410, member: 8635"] I have had several cameras over the last 46 years but I must say that this D500 just blows everything else away that I have ever owned. The keeper rate on this camera is extremely high. In the past two weeks I have taken 256 pictures at my grandson's Lacross game with the camera nailing all but 7 images and I think that was do to me. Today I just shot 112 images of my granddaughters soccer game and it only missed on three shots and again I think that was probably due to me also. I have found with this camera that I have just about eliminated any time spent on post processing and that is a very BIG PLUS for me.This camera just does so many things very good on it's own that it makes picture taking much easier and a lot more fun. The fun factor has gone waaaaaaaay up and the work factor has gone waaaay down. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with this camera. The three pictures that I will post here are straight out of the camera. Other than a need to crop to make the composition better I do not plan on doing anything to these images. THIS IS A GREAT CAMERA!!!!! If I calculated right that is about a 97% keeper rate.
