Wow, this was one of the most poorly written (and might I add just plain shitty) articles I've ever read. Also, I would hardly call these sins. #1 is a joke. You can read all there is about how to use a DSLR and it won't mean jack shit. Reading how to do something and being able to do it are 2 completely different things, and the only way to truly know how to do it is to get a DSLR and learn through trial/error and experience. You learn by doing, not reading. There goes the credibility of that point. #2 makes slightly more sense but honestly, how often do memory cards get corrupted these days? I've used the same memory card for 2 years and I still have pics on it from the first day I used my Nikon. Nothing has happened. So this is merely a recommendation but hardly necessary unless you're running out of room on the card. #3 only matters if you plan on taking shots at night. Plus, a flash won't really ruin the coloring of your night shots unless you use your pop-up flash which is probably a bigger sin than anything else that's been listed here. #4 is one of the very few points worth taking seriously in this list. #5 is hardly a sin. From what I've seen ISO doesn't play as big a role in landscapes as Aperture, Shutter Speed, etc. Yes it can be useful and sometimes necessary for a certain type of atmosphere, but again, hardly a sin. #6 and #7 are pretty hard to forget even for amateurs so I don't think these needed to be listed. #8 is probably the only other point in this list worth taking seriously. And #9 seems more like just some philosophical shit the author threw in because 8 points didn't seem as impressive as 9 or because he smoked a doobie before writing this crap.
