But I'm torn between the two walkarounds and the two primes. The 17-70 is faster and better quality but bringing it means missing out on a few pictures on the long end. Then between the 35mm and 50mm for an indoor lens it's really a toss up. Anyway, I just wanted to ask more experienced photographers what they think. Thanks.
Just want to get some thoughts from this group. I'm traveling to Spain (Madrid and Andalusia) with my wife this fall and am trying to limit myself to three lenses for my D5200. I'd like to limit the weight, but I also need to remind myself that this is not a photography trip, it's a family trip (and I can get too concerned with taking a great picture and not with just getting the picture). Anyway those are my limitations/concerns. Right now. I own a Sigma 17-70 'C' OS and a Sigma 70-300 OS. I also have free access to my brother-in-law's lenses. He has a Tokina 11-16, Nikon 35mm 1.8, Nikon 50mm 1.8, and a Sigma 18-200 OS 'C'. I'm pretty sure I'm going to take the 11-16 and leave behind the 70-300. Thanks.
