I found the badge on Google images and did a select on the background which was red and deleted the background color. On your photo I used the cloning tool to remove the badge on the car. Then I moved the replacement badge onto the original photo. Then it was just a matter of cleanup.

Like this? I just replaced the badge with a new one.

Always using Nik via the panel in Lightroom CC but my wife was trying it tonight the the panel is missing. It is available and working via the menu system but that is a lot more clicks. The panel still shows in Photoshop. I seem to remember there was a way to make the panel show but I can not...
