Does anyone have any set-ups for the 4 shooting banks for my D200 Thanks in advance

Hi all, Although I have been a Nikon user for some time, I have recently purchased a D200 and I'm pretty pleased with it. Apart from being immaculate, boxed and with all the necessary paraphernalia, its got a shutter count of just 2350 !!!! Here it is pictured with my D2x and my Leica
