What are some good, old, manual, true macro lenses? Preferably cheaper than this macro

here are a couple that i got tonight 1st pic [f/7.1 exposure time 554 sec iso-400] 2nd pic [f/7.1 exposure 2106 sec iso-200]

when i do long exposure on bulb mode on a night sky, i get these flecks. i am not sure i they are distant stars and light sources or noise. also there are these 3 smudges could that be lens problems? thanks (at 100% crop it is easier to see flecks) f/36 exposure 3096.7 seconds ISO-100

I have been searching the web for some kind guide telling me working distance relative to focal length on a macro lens. I am quite new to DSLR photography and i am not sure what to be looking for focal length-wise. If someone could help me out i would be very appreciative. Thanks.
