Shopping for a monopod. Need one to handle D7100 and Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR II. That lens is quite heavy and I want to make sure I get sometime sturdy to handle it.

Is there any noise reducer software available to reduce some ISO noise without having a big impact on the Photo sharpness. Sometimes I have a fairly good night time sports photo that with some noise reduction, it could be a keeper. I just don't trust the searches. Thanks Nepsa
