Hi, I'm new here and new to the Nikon D7000 I have a lot to learn in a short time. I bought camera to shoot my daughter in the states gymnastics meet this Saturday, can someone help me as to what to set the U1 setting to for indoor shooting with no flash, it would be much appreciated. Thank you
