I pre-ordered the new ZR and was wondering if anyone has any idea when Nikon will start shipping these?

I just purchased a Z5 and am having issues with the screen. Once I switch it on, the view stays up for about 20 seconds, then goes blank. I press the "Image" button and it comes back, but about 20 seconds latter, it goes dark again. Any thought?
