Found this while trying to organize photos. Looks like it was taken with my little Olympus D550Z. I had a lot of trouble getting that camera to work well, but it did take some good shots.

my camera kit came with a Vivitar VIV-RC6-NIK remote control. The package says it works with Nikon, but I can get it to work. Can any one help me? I think I have the camera set correctly.

hello from Western Nebraska. I got the D5100 in July. I have always wanted a Nikon and now that I have it, I LOVE it! I am glad to find you, and am having fun. Folks say we live in a boring place, but I seem to find lots of stuff to snap photos of.

I got the d5100 in July. While using the Nikon DX 55-200mm lens I have some trouble. When I focus it won't snap the picture sometimes. Am I trying to focus too close or have I confused the camera? It seems to happen when I try to get close shots.
