Helloooooo. I have to share my excitement. I came across a heck of a deal a Tokina 11-16 2.8 and a Nikon 70-300 VR for $500.Virtually brand new So pumped to get out and shoot with them. A welcome addition to my D7000. :) :) :)

I have a D7000 with a 55mm micro lens. I find that the pictures I capture look rather hazey unless I use my speed light. Is that normal? Thanks

:confused: exactly how weather resistant is the D7000? And whats the point if your lens isn't? ie 18-200 VR II. What if you are to use an older strictly manual lens IE 50 mm? to what extent can the camera get wet? Just curious. Cheers!
