    Some Deer Pics

Last Spring I stopped by the river just in time to see a doe swim across it. Just so happen to have my new at that time 70-300 with me and got to see what it could do. I forgot I had these till I started going through some old photos the other night. Going For A Dip by Heard Photography, on...

    Back Yard Adventure

When I have time I like to grab the Nikon and go to the back yard and see who visits. When I get something to pose for me I'll post it here. Everyone is invited to do the same. s1 by Heard Photography, on Flickr 2 by Heard Photography, on Flickr 1 by Heard Photography, on Flickr

    Liquid Play

After reading the thread about water drops I thought I'd give it a go. So armed with my D3100 with the 18-55 attached and stabilized by my new to me Manfroto I set up on the back porch. This represents the type of photography I like to do the most. (shore birds) I thought I would ask for some opinions for how I can improve when doing this sort of shot. A flock of about 20 birds landed nearby while I was getting ready to go fishing for the day, I probably took 200 shots or more...

    Elements 10 Watermark?

I'm trying to create a simple watermark that I can save and use as a layer or brush or ??? put it on a photo resize and such without having to recreate it each time I need it. I tried saving a brush but it seems to act strange when I try to use it. (When I click to put it on the photo it...

    Hello from North Florida

I've been lurking for about as long as I've had my D3100 and thought I should introduce myself. I only have two kit lenses for now but I'm looking forward to when I can get some better glass. This forum seems to full of great info and people. I'm glad to be part of it. :encouragement:
