I saw the little one fall just as I got to the nest. It's much smaller than the other one. Not sure if it survived. It kept trying to pick up its head.

Haven't seen a Coopers Hawk in a while.

Still preening It walked behind the bulrush. All the photographers put down their cameras and it flew to another spot. Partial heart!

Lots of preening

This gator was moving rapidly, when it got near the berm it stopped. I waited about 5 minutes, then decided to move along. As soon as I turned my back, I heard a splash and it went under the overhanging trees and I never saw it again.
