    Needa's Insipid Images

Yeah, my wife and I talked about that too, but then you’re into the age of “The Vet”, and watching them get older and die. 3 Dogs, and then 7 cats, are gonna be our legacy. Don’t want to have to put any more animals down…. Andy

    Tripod and Adapter Advice?

You could also check some of the used sites like MPB. com, and (maybe) KEH.com. I know that MPB has a long list of Manfrotto and Gitzo tripods on their site, as well as some other brands. Maximize your spending bucks, while getting a quality tripod in the process. Just a suggestion. Andy

    SD card loading

Have you tried a different card in that slot? Have you tried that card in a different camera? Is there any damage to the connector end of the card, like pieces missing? Info like that will help to diagnose the problem. Andy

Nikon FTZ ii with AF-S ED lenses

Look like it’s a 300 mm AF “D” type. If so, that is a “screwdriver” type of lens and needs a camera with a focus motor built into the camera body. The FTZ adapter couples the electronics between the camera body and lens, but DOES NOT couple the mechanical autofocus that the lens needs. As far as...

    Where to find Roseate Spoonbills

Looking to find places in the Tampa-Clearwater-St. Pete area where I can find Roseate Spoonbills to watch and photograph. Any ideas would be very helpful. Any rookeries around that I might be able to get in to? Thanks in advance for any info that anyone can provide. Andy
