Blue Heron on the bayou.

This was taken with my Nikon D90 with my Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM . This is straight out of the camera without any adjustments except for re sizing to post it. This was taken on the beach in Biloxi, Mississippi and the building is the Beau Rivage Casino in the late afternoon.

Thought I would show you all something a little different from what I usually shoot.

Sunrise over the bayou on the Coast of Mississippi. I am facing basically toward the South and the sun is coming up over the trees on the left.

This is another carving out of what was left of an oak tree from hurricane Katrina. There are nine or ten dauphins in this one carving. This is in the median of Hwy. 90 that runs along the coast in Mississippi. The Gulf of Mexico is just out of the frame to the right.

Blue Heron from my outing yesterday. This bird was sitting on te railing of a long pier that is on the beach in our little city of Ocean Springs. Taken handheld with my usual combo.
