This is the cemetery where my mom and dad are buried. I went by there tonight and every grave had a lit candle on it, there are thousands!!!

I asked this guy to hold his head up and smile so I could take a portrait of him. He was very cooperative!!!

I ask if he could get it a little higher later and he did just for me. Just just have to know how to talk to them.

I ask my friend at the gator pond this morning to hold his head up so I could get a nice head shot of him and he happily obliged.

I went out late this afternoon and the sun had already gone down and it was getting dark when I got this shot. D600 with a Nikon 70-200mm F2.8 shot wide open at 200mm ISO 3200. I might add that this was a very serious crop from the original image.

Well I didn't have anyone to practice on before I went this morning. Thought I would post an image to let you see how my first ever try went. I see several things that could be better but for my first attempt I was happy. If I had some photoshop skills it would help also.
