FWIW, I use FastStone Image Viewer for reviewing and culling my shots. When doing this I'm viewing jpg images. If you select a RAW image, the program will display the jpg embedded in the RAW file. If you then press the letter A on your keyboard, the program appears to actually render the RAW...

Stuck the landing!

EXIF should be unchanged by cropping. The 70mm focal length simply indicates that, since I was using a AF-P DX 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR lens, the shot was taken with no zoom. FWIW, I also shot wide open...f/4.5.

Not that close so that's a serious crop of the original.
