looks like the same hawk was still sitting in the same location when i went back out.

another Killdeer walked towards me, couldnt see any chicks this time, wondering now if there was a nest close by?

i dont know if he just took a rest or stopped as i approached him? i tried to lift him with one hand at the back end, couldnt move it, let go when he tried to snap at me.

9th Apr 2016 i went to San Jacinto before it rained, getting flash flood alerts now until tomorrow?
