Powerball 200 million+

Here in Canada, our Lotto Max is capped at $50 million. The nice difference is....when someone wins it, they get to keep it all! :) Tax free! The way it should be! Actually, ANY and ALL lottery winnings are tax free.

It has Officially reached crazy levels. $425 Million!!
If I win I will pay off the National debt and buy everyone D4's plus hire professional photographers to take pictures for you.

You guys are lucky, here in Japan the max you can win is $2million, the Jackpot at the moment is $58million, but all payouts are capped at $2million, it is so others can share in the 1st prize.

So the Jackpot is $58M, you are the only one that wins 1st Prize, you only get $2M and the other $56M is carried over to the next game.
I am trying to get my head around this one. If everybody knows all you can win is $2 million, where's the "WOW" factor of even playing. Here in the states it gets exponentially crazier the higher the Jackpot goes! Yeah $2 million is a fair chunk of change but it's nowhere as good as $58 million, is it? Just my thought.

Little known fact is that there are more $200K winners than there are Jackpot winners. I play to win the measly $200k tickets since the odds are more favorable than getting struck by lightening. :)

I'm so broke, there is no perceivable difference between $2M and $58M! :)

I haven't even checked my "winning" Powerball tickets yet, as I have been having a somewhat serious health condition. It just started late Wednesday night, just before the lottery numbers were drawn. Somehow I sprained/tweaked/ruptured the FDL tendon in my right foot/ankle and that makes it almost impossible to walk. I went to the Dr's early Thursday morning and he said after looking at the X-Rays that my ankle/foot wasn't broken, (Thank God!) but somehow the Flexor Digitorum Longus tendon has been re-positioned and will take at least 3-4 weeks to get better. So even winning the mega bucks has taken a backseat to the pain I have been in. I am counting the hours, minutes and seconds until the pharmacy opens and I can get "my" 30mg Oxycodone pills to take and escape, albeit temporarily from pain. Needless to say the only photos I will be posting are ones that are available to be taken from the end of my dock in a wheelchair.
So have fun everyone! Take and post lots of great photos so I can have something to look at and be enthralled with until I recover.

That don't sound fun at all Bill -- but if you won then you could hire someone to be in pain for you. For fifty bucks an hour you can have them sit in the chair in agony.

Just trying to cheer you up. :)

For anybody wondering how to get the D4 I promised -- just right click and save. :)
