Posting Photos

New to this. How do you post pics on this forum? Thank you in advance.

When you are writing a post look directly beneath and there is a box that says "Attach Files". Just click on that and a "file upload" box will appear. Choose the file(s) from your computer and click "open". A thumbnail will appear with "insert" in the top left corner. Click on that and "Full image" will appear underneath. Click on that and your image will be inserted into the post you are editing. If you change your mind, just click on the trash can icon in the top right corner and it will delete it.

Guidelines to adding a photo to your post.

1. Resize photo to 1000px on the long side.
2. Resolution set to 72dpi

These guidelines will be good for viewing on a computer but will not be good for printing. This will help safeguard your copyright.

Below is a visual guide, just drop a properly sized photo on the box in step two or if you click the space it will open your file browser and it should be self explanatory from there.
