Forum down intermittently

8 PM HERE ON THE WEST COAST. HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING ON - SEARCH WAS NOT WORKING - SITE IS SLOW.
HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROBLEMS???

This same situation is rising up across the web amongst smaller hobby forums I visit, as AI bots and "data scrapers" ascend on sites and intermittently bring them down. This isn't my area of expertise, but it's what I understand from other people.

The thing is when jdeg checks, everything appears normal with no clue as to why.

I didn't have any problems yesterday, first time in a long time. Wednesday was the worst!
