Today is full moon delight, IFFF the clouds cooperate, the weather forecast is for sun and clear skies but this persistent layer of blah clouds is hanging around.
The beauty of today is that the moon rises just past sunset during that perfect overlap of light where the sky still has hint of the daylight, but the moon
is full and bright. So, just need the clouds to move on out.
Photo editing all done, so, now ready for next big photo project which in this case will NYC! during New Year's weekend. I am looking forward for the
xmas lights to still be there, maybe even some snow!,, Rockefeller center with the big tree, Macy window dressing, and so much more.
2017 is wrapping up! hard to believe, but 2018 upon us. Only recent camera gear was a belt camera holder, and I LOVE it, just screw on the
connnector, and slide it onto the belt holder, I can now walk around hands free, no pull on the shoulder, and then a simple release and camera is
all ready.
The Nikons are a bit too heavy for it, not due to the strength of the clip, but more just the overall weight of the 800 or DF, maybe a D7200 would be
good for the clip. I gave my 7000 to my son, so,, I don't currently own a light weight camera.
Darn, just heard the weather report, some cold front snuck in,, so NOOO full moon, sigh. oh well, One can't control the weather.
