Weekend, in that lazy mood day,, One of the refrains of photographers is how hard it is to sell your work, so so
true, Ironically,, over half of my sales over the years, were ... to other photographers.
I have my work out, and you get all the usual compliments, and people really liking works, or saying
how much they would love to have it on their wall, but to spend the 160 dollars or so,, for a nicely
framed shot, etc, You know they would buy at say 60 dollars, but the cost of just the framing
is 80 dollars, and then the commission to the store, etc ,, and jeesh,, maybe make something
for yourself?
I know the best path,, is promotion, sales, and the rising to upper reaches of high paying clients
and high end stores, or you grovel in high volume tourist areas with over saturated color landscapes.
or maybe chase the well healed rich for portraits its hard to say, If anyone else some secrets,
please share,, oh waits, then it won't be secret then
typically,, Landscapes do better for mass appeal such as
