Second day with the D810,,, and while busy,, I carried it around,, put a 20 mm 2.8 lens,, to make it small and compact,
so,, while picking up holiday food,, took this photo
course, , I still sharpened and converted to BW,, then I went and did some night shooting
then I tried to upload to the computer,, not! laughs,, dam Nikon software never recognizes the newer camera, so,,, I manually
transferred the JPEGs only, so,, unless I upgrade to a newer version of View NX,, I will not get the RAWs. I might just skip the
raw for the rental, since I am just trying to compare D800 to D810.
so far, except for the quieter shutter, no difference yet between the old and new. actually, laughs, I have to look at the number
on the camera to know.
