my simple kit worked great,, the one lens I have barely used was the 80-400, but was used several times.
about 50 50 between the 35-70 2.8 and the 14-24 2.8. I know the 35-70 is not the 24-70 trinity lens, but
I will tell you that this lens is super sharp (previous blog photo was shot with the 35-70),, and lighter then
the 24-70, but what I really like is that it has a macro mode in a pinch, which actually works. I actually
brought a 60 mm macro,, but have not used it once.
I have used the two small primes,, the 28mm and the 50 mm for vegas night shooting,, just because
it is so much lighter to carry.
That was shot with the 28 mm prime. do love vegas at Night.
I am now approaching 100 G in photos. with 75 edited so far,, maybe harvest another 75 to 100. keepers. My goal is for maybe
15 - 20 portfolio shots,, Last few trips, I averaged about 10. Lots of good photos,, but there is a huge difference between
good photos,, to got to have photos.
